The public hearing on the planned development Plantation Village in Richmond Hill Plantation set for tonight has been canceled.

City Manager Mike Melton said the item was canceled at the request of project developer Steve Croy.

Croy is still on the agenda to go before the City Council during its regular meeting at 7:30 p.m., though Melton said the developer has told staff he will not be seeking a vote tonight.
