A small group of Bryan County residents believe the area needs a public access channel and are moving toward making that a reality.
Around a year ago, eight residents formed an ad hoc committee to work on getting a public access TV station in Bryan County through Comcast, according to Victor Pisano, a Ford Plantation resident spearheading the formation of the channel.
Pisano’s goal is to be on the air before spring.
