A Pembroke man was arrested Thursday on drug charges.

Nathan Shuman, 39 Ossie Lane, is charged with three counts of selling cocaine, three counts of selling fentanyl, four counts of use of communication facilities to facilitate a crime, possession with intent to sell marijuana and possession with intent to sell cocaine, according to a press release from Pembroke Police Department Chief Randy Alexander.

Shuman’s arrest came as a result of a months-long investigation that involved PPD, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Drug Task Force, Bryan County Sheriff’s Office and DEA, the release said.

“The City of Pembroke will not tolerate this type of illicit, illegal activity in our awesome small town,” Alexander’s release said. “We will use everything in our power to achieve this goal. We will find you!”
