The Richmond Hill City Council will hold a called meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall. The council will consider planning and zoning requests from Denny’s Restaurant, Richmond Hill Montessori Preschool, 32 Degress and more. The council will also meet in closed session to discuss civil action 2010-V-877, as well as an ante litem notice regarding Sydney Layne Sanders.
