While the temperature is expected to get into the 60s around Richmond Hill today, a cold front is expected to slip through the area tonight or early Wednesday, dropping temperatures.

Lows Wednesday morning will be in the mid-20s, according to the National Weather Service. And the highs Wednesday are not expected to get out of the 40s. Through the weekend, highs will fluctuate between the 40s and 50s, while lows will in the 20s and 30s.

A weather report from the Liberty County Emergency Management Agency this morning said that no severe weather is in the forecast.

That does not mean, however, that pets and plants will be OK outside every night. Consider how to keep them warm and drip a faucet if you have any exposed pipes.
