Richmond Hill will host a grand opening for Sterling Creek Park, along with a 5K fun run/walk, April 22 at 1701 Elbow Swamp Road in Richmond Hill.

Join city officials as Mayor Harold Fowler cuts the ribbon kicks off the free 5K fun run/walk to christen the first phase of the new 187-acre park.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony will be at 10 a.m., and the race will start immediately after.
