Those in the market for a new job can see all that Bryan County has to offer Sept. 27 during the Bryan County Job Fair from 3-7 p.m. at the Hendrix Park Gymnasium, 3960 Wilma Edwards Road in Ellabell.

“The Bryan County Job Fair is the perfect opportunity to showcase the employers who are hiring right here in Bryan County. Job seekers learn about employment opportunities that they may not have known about. It’s a win-win for local business and residents looking to work closer to home,” said RHBC Chamber Chair Trace Palmer.

“The annual job fair is a great way for local employers and job seekers to connect with one another,” he continued. “We are looking forward to connecting Bryan County’s businesses with the great workforce that is available in the county.”

This is the county’s second annual job fair, which is hosted by the Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce, the Development Authority of Bryan County and the North Bryan County Chamber of Commerce.

“We are very excited to see what opportunities the 2017 job fair will bring for the citizens of Bryan County,” added Noah Covington, DABC chair. “We had just over 300 people attend the job fair last year in Richmond Hill, and we are hoping to have a strong turnout again this year.”

Job seekers should come dressed in professional attire and bring plenty of resumes. Companies that are hiring and have already registered to participate include:

- Blue Bell Creameries

- Daniel Defense

- Dorel Home Furnishings

- Orafol Americas

- Roofing Professional, Inc.

- United States Air Force

- West Penn Testing Group

- WorkSource Coastal
