Applications are being accepted for two annual events.

The chili cook-off will be at 6 p.m. Nov. 30 in J. F. Gregory Park. Applications are being accepted for food and other vendors for that night. 

Applications also are being accepted for entrants for the Christmas parade, scheduled for 10 a.m. Dec. 1. The theme for this year’s parade is “Toys on Parade.”
