Richmond Hill Fire Chief Brendon Greene presented medals to Captain John Cook and firefighters Mitchell Holmes and Patrick Cox, along with firefighter Luis Molinari, for saving a life of a Richmond Hill resident in January. 

The resident was found not breathing and the firefighters were able to determine the cause was a heart attack and performed CPR until he was taken to the hospital. 

“Without Engine 1’s fast response, the outcome would have been very different,” Greene said.
