Authorities continue the investigation into the death of Pembroke resident James Young, 66, who was found dead in his home Monday.

The body of Young was discovered after Pembroke police were asked to do a welfare check at the address.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation and Pembroke police are investigating, but are still not releasing any information.

"We don't want to jeapordize the ongoing investigation, so we are not releasing any information right now," said GBI Assistant Special Agent in charge Chuck Sullenger on Wednesday.
