Richmond Hill's two most famous social organizations, the DP Club and Liars Club, gather together at J.F. Gregory Park on occasion to feed local public safety personnel a free meal.

Thursday was one of those occasions.

These fish fries and low country boils are held whenever the groups decide they've got enough in the freezer to host such a fete. They've become so famous they also attract various elected officials (usually Republicans). Thursdays' list included state Rep. Ron Stephens (R-Garden City), and State Sen. Ben Watson, MD, and one of U.S. Rep. Buddy Carter's aides was also on hand.
