Jason Freeze and Phil Corbin (front) are pictured with Richmond Hill High School graduates Austin and Connor Duckwoth, who were recognized by Mayor Russ Carpenter for receiving the Eagle Scout rank.

Freeze and Corbin are both assistant scout masters in Troop 400. They helped the boys with their merit badges and Eagle projects. 

The boys chose them out of their many adult leaders and awarded them mentor pins for their service and support.
