Donate gently used books for upcoming sale

The Friends of the Richmond Hill Library are collecting donations of gently used books for a soon to be held book sale. Donations are being accepted from now through July 31. 

Proceeds from the Friends book sales are used to support programs and initiatives at the Richmond Hill Library, including the upcoming major library renovation. 

These popular book sales had been suspended during COVID are being planned for not too distant future.

 Bring your gently used books to the inside desk at the Richmond Hill Library, 9607 Ford Ave. during business hours: Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.-3 p.m. 

The Friends are collecting children’s, young adult, sci-fi, mystery, crime, horror, paperbacks, current fiction, and romance titles in good condition. No dictionaries, textbooks or encyclopedias please,  and please do not leave your donations in the drop box or at the doors.
