County considering stormwater rules

The economy may be in the dumpster, but coastal Georgia’s population is expected to increase by more than 50 percent in the next 20 years.
That’s a big reason why the Coastal Regional Commission wants Bryan County to consider a stormwater ordinance to help protect its natural resources.
