City accepts easement for park

The Richmond Hill City Council accepted a conservation easement for a large swath of land behind J.F. Gregory Park, protecting it from ever being built on or developed.
The easement encompasses 300 acres behind the park but will not hinder on the use of walking trails there, according to City Manager Mike Melton.
