Urgent Care Center hires PR firm

Lesley Francis Public Relations has been appointed to work with The Urgent Care Center of Richmond Hill during its sixth-anniversary year.  

This center equipped to assist patients whose illnesses and injuries, while non-life-threatening, require prompt treatment.

The Urgent Care Center of Richmond Hill — at 60 Exchange St., Suite B-7, in the Kroger shopping center — was founded by physician assistants Lori B. Gaylor and Catherine C. Grant. Robert Mazur, M.D., has been the center’s medical director since its inception in 2009, and the center recently added a second medical director, J. David Carson, M.D., who has been practicing medicine since 1973. Carson brings 17 years’ experience in occupational medicine and 22 years in emergency medicine.

The Urgent Care Center of Richmond Hill will celebrate its anniversary at the Business After Hours event from 5:30-7:30 p.m. today. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served, Stewart Marshall will entertain guests with music and attendees will have a chance to meet the center’s staff.
