The Urgent Care Center of Richmond Hill had quite a few reasons to celebrate at the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce's business after hours Thursday evening.

The event marked the six-year anniversary of The Urgent Care Center's opening by founding partners Lori Gaylor and Catherine Grant.

Also, Grant was recognized for her recent efforts to bring in more than $62,000 for the Alzheimer's Association in the Dancing Stars of Coastal Georgia fundraiser.

Physician assistant Donna McAllister received The Urgent Care Center's inaugural HEART Award. The award will be given twice a year to a staff member who best exhibits the HEART values of humility, energy, awareness, relationships amd teamwork/trustworthiness.

All staff members nominated for the HEART Award were entered into a drawing for two cruise tickets and spending money for the trip. Medical receptionist Jenifer Swanson was the winner.
