Bedford Falls Properties recently announced the sale of a property in Richmond Hill’s Station Exchange development.
The two-story building at Station Exchange, referred to locally as the clock tower building, was sold to investors in December. Its initial occupant will be Kid’s Dentistree, a dental practice aimed at kids, with existing practices in Kentucky and Indiana.
Leasing for the clock tower building is being handled by Savannah Commercial Real Estate.
The Station Exchange, a mixed-use development launched in 2006, was planned by its former owners to be the “town center” of Richmond Hill. Improvements were made to the property prior to its being acquired by two area banks in 2010.
The improvements included two partially completed buildings, one of which, a three-story building centrally located in the development, was purchased in late 2012 and is being completed as a senior living community called The Suites at Station Exchange.
Scheduled to open in April, The Suites will contain 32 senior living suites and six memory care studios and will include features like private balcony suites, spacious activity and gathering areas, dining, a salon, spa and more for resident.
