A new neighborhood is in the works in the Buckhead subdivision in South Bryan that will add more than three dozen homes in the next few years, according to the builder.
Meagan Mowry, the vice president of Homes of Integrity in Richmond Hill, said her company will start construction next week of 41 homes in Brighton, a new neighborhood off of Rathlin Road.
