T. Sloan Thompson has joined BB&T Scott & Stringfellow as senior managing director and financial advisor.

Thompson opened BB&T Scott & Stringfellow’s second office in the Savanna area last year, strengthening the company’s expansion into the Georgia and South Carolina Low Country.

Thompson brings a team with a proven commitment to customer service to BB&T Scott & Stringfellow.

Thompson’s BB&T Scott & Stringfellow office is located in the Live Oak Park complex at 314 Stephenson Avenue, Suite A, 31405.

Thompson is a native of Sumter, South Carolina. He is a graduate of Francis Marion University where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. He currently resides in Bluffton, South Carolina, with his wife, Christina, and daughter, Amelia.
