Ribbon cutting at martial arts studio
blacktiger

The Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce, Richmond Hill Mayor Harold Fowler and other guests will take part in a ribbon-cutting and grand opening of Black Tire Taekwon-Do at 10 a.m. March 23. The facility is located at 10104 Ford Ave. (Ford Plaza) in Richmond Hill.

Black Tiger is a family owned and operated martial arts and fitness facility. Robert Schneider and his wife, Anna, bring a wealth of knowledge and many years of experience to the Richmond Hill community. They relocated here from New Jersey in February 2015.

They say the programs develop a healthy mind, body and spirit through challenging experiences and the reinforcement of family values — courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and an indomitable spirit. The prevailing spirit at the school is one of acceptance, support, hard work, respect and encouragement, they say.

The business’s mission is to instill in students a sense of discipline and a code of ethics to help inspire them toward leading exemplary lives within the community
