The Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce, Richmond Hill Mayor Harold Fowler and other guests will cut a ribbon for Cloud 10 Salon during an open house at noon Tuesday.

The salon is at 10646A Ford Ave. Refreshments will be provided compliments of Bubba’s Bistro.

Cloud 10, formerly known as Hair on The Hill, specializing in coloring and highlighting techniques, cutting, texturizing, blow outs, Keratin Complex smoothing treatments, special occasion styling, on and off-site wedding styles and waxing.

The salon carries Moroccan Oil and Keratin Complex products. All of the stylists are trained, and owners Angie Lyons and Karmin MacMillan said the stylists take pride in their service and work to exceed clients’ expectations.

They also expressed appreciation to clients and friends who have been used the salon for years.

Cloud 10 is open Monday-Saturday, and hours vary by stylist. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. In addition to MacMillan and Lyons, stylists are: Amy Page, Kaylee Edgar, and Hannah Diehl. Chelsea Spradlin will join the salon in January.
