Flashback owner Billy Jenkins Friday marked the opening of bar and restaurant in Richmond Hill. Flashback, located at 10010 Ford Ave., across from The Savannah Bank, is open from 3-11 p.m. Monday-Thursday and from 3 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday-Saturday.
