The Richmond Hill/Bryan County Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for It Works! and the Georgia Skinny Wrap at 10 a.m. Thursday at RHBC Chamber office at 2591 Highway 17, suite 100 in Richmond Hill.
