River Oaks residents Janet and Dell Keith enjoyed the opportunity to mingle with visitors at the community’s recent grand opening celebration. The new gated community is located on the banks of the Ogeechee River in Richmond Hill, recently hosted the event, which attracted nearly 200 visitors. As a one-time promotion, guests who bought villas at River Oaks during the grand opening event received a sports boat valued at $25,000 or $25,000 towards the purchase of a new villa.
