The Dunham Marsh community in Richmond Hill was recently awarded Community of the Year by the Homebuilders Association of Greater Savannah.

“In a very challenging real estate market, Dunham Marsh is an example of a community that has been extremely successful by responding to market demand for a quality community at an affordable price point,” said said Brett Turner, managing partner of Dunham Marsh Partners LLC.

He said Dunham Marsh, which has been lauded as Richmond Hill’s No. 1 selling subdivision, was recognized for its ambitious plan to reinvent its image and brand without watering down the original vision of a vibrant community of architecturally rich homes.

This proved to be a good decision, he noted, as 2010 saw unparalleled success for Dunham Marsh, now home to almost 50 families.
