Homes of Integrity Construction has announced the introduction of Creekside at Richmond Hill Plantation, a tree-scape neighborhood in Sterling Links’ golf-course community along Brisbon Road.
Construction is scheduled to start in early summer.
Creekside is scheduled to have a 4.5-acre park that includes a pool, a playground and a clubhouse. The development also will have a cove pool for adults.
Homes will start in the $170,000 range for 1,522 square feet, while townhomes will start in the $120,000 range for 1,461 square feet. Creekside will also offer a variety of lot sizes and perspectives such as nature views, golf course and fairway views.
