City Center gets new manager

James F. “Trey” Campbell III of Richmond Hill has been named general manager at Richmond Hill City Center.
Campbell recently served as marketing associate and food-service consultant for Sysco, a Fortune 100 company. During his five-year tenure with Sysco in North Florida and Coastal Georgia, he developed menu engineering and design, menu analysis, culinary and operational reviews as well as inventory management, food/operating cost consulting and managed long-term relationships with clients.
“I am proud to note that Richmond Hill City Center was among those with whom I shared a strong commitment to the unsurpassed consumer experience,” Campbell said. “I am thrilled to be working with a group that is so dedicated to providing the best customer experience and to a strong commitment to the community.”
Campbell also worked in the food service and hospitality industry in Mississippi, South Carolina and California. He studied marketing and finance at East Mississippi Community College in Scooba.
“I like to build excitement around cutting-edge initiatives so we can all work toward success,” he said.
In making the announcement of Campbell’s hiring, Kristing Kurie president of the Charleston, S.C.-based The Wilderman Group, said, “Trey is a motivated, energetic and aggressive professional with a proven track record of outstanding sales growth, leadership, and the ability to adapt to almost every situation. He is an ideal fit for the position of general manager at Richmond Hill City Center.”
