Chamber offers money training series

In partnership with the University of Georgia’s Small Business Development Center, the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce will offer the Maximum Money Training Series from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesdays, May 7-June 4, at the chamber offices, 2591 Highway 17, suite 100.
Maximum Money will provide business owners with the training tools necessary to strengthen their business finances. The training series introduces entrepreneurs to simple yet powerful financial forecasting techniques.
Using forecasting software and other tools, the participants learn how to better understand and use financial information to guide them when making critical business decisions.
Course topics include:
• Understanding financial statements.
• Managing by the numbers.
• Improving cash flow and boosting profits.
• Planning and forecasting.
• Cool financial tools and tips.
The cost is $50 for RHBC Chamber members, and $75 for non-members. Materials and lunch for the entire series provided. Class size is limited. No direct competitors will be permitted.
