The home of Terry & Susan Logan at 1594 Belle Island Road, has been selected by the Richmond Hill Garden Club for its Yard of the Month for March. The Logans have lived on Belle Island since 2008, having moved to Richmond Hill from Savannah in 1989.

The Logans have created the quintessential southern landscape of majestic moss draped oaks, a towering Magnolia tree, and a lovely Crepe Myrtle -- providing shade in their front yard on a hot summer’s day.

Adding to the southern charm is a Cabbage Palm as well as several Palmetto Palm trees.

Complimenting the lovely brick home are a variety of manicured bushes as well as a pair of Tea Olive trees. Four rocking chairs adorn the front porch, welcoming guests to come and sit a spell.

To the right of the front porch are several ornamental grasses surrounding an inviting bird bath for our feathered friends.

They have been awarded a certificate and a gift certificate from Tim and Dave's for $25.
