April 22 Identity theft fraud to create/use/possess

Man reports potential credit fraud at the Bryan County Sheriff ’s Office; a credit card was opened in his name; the man does not recall opening that particular card.

Theft by taking: felony

Man ordered a rear diffuser for a 2017 Chevrolet Corvette; has not received it in the mail yet, despite package tracking site marking it as delivered on April 19 around 4:52 a.m.

DUI (less safe): alcohol

Driver placed under arrest for the above charge.

Matter of record

A young child fell into a burning fire pit. Was transferred to Augusta for burn center treatment.

Custody dispute between couple getting a divorce.
