Auditions scheduled for acclaimed C.S. Lewis story

Richmond Hill Community Theatre will be holding auditions for its upcoming performance of The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe. Roles are available for both children and adults.

Auditions will be held at The Waterfront Church, 134 Thunderbird Road, Richmond Hill on Friday, Nov. 1 from 5 to 7 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 2, from 1 to 3 p.m.

Future rehearsal dates will be on Monday and Thursday evenings. The play, dramatized by Joseph Robinette, from the story by C.S. Lewis, will be performed on March 27 and 28th.

The play is directed by Hilary Diebold and produced by Kim Diebold.

GeorgiaForward has announced that the 2025 Youth Placemaking Grant has been presented to the City of Pembroke Mayor’s Youth Council. The $500 grant, awarded to the city, will support a youth-led public placemaking project designed to foster creativity, community connection, and civic pride among young residents.
