After experiencing four miscarriages and a stillborn birth, one couple believed that having children was not in the cards for them. But in a YouTube video posted Sept. 25, one man receives a surprise that brings him to tears.

The video begins with the woman explaining that the rest of the couple's dinner is in the oven. After looking in the oven, the man realizes that the items inside are part of a pregnancy announcement.

Shocked and at a loss for words, the man listens as the woman explains that she is already 19 weeks into the pregnancy. She then shares the due date and the baby's gender, at which point the man is overcome with joy and begins to cry.
