Opry-style show in Glennville as benefit

The Sweet Sound of Country concerts will benefit:

• The Glennwanis Hotel Restoration fund in memory of Pat Gore;

• Roy Walker, a cancer patient

• Freddie Cooper, a kidney transplant candidate

The Sweet Sound of Country shows will be at 7 p.m. Friday and Saturday, May 3 and 4. Tickets are available at The Glennville Sentinel and The Tattnall Journal and by calling Becky Dasher at 912-424-2720

Tickets are reserved seating at $8 and $6 and will be available at the door if the shows are not sold out.

Entertainers will be Tattnall County Production performers.

The Grand Ole Opry-style entertainment will feature singing, comedy and clogging.
