Fifteen-year-old Katie Ford will compete for the title of Miss Georgia Teen USA 2012 on Nov. 17-19 at the Woodland Performing Arts Theatre in Cartersville.
Ford, a student at Richmond Hill High School, is the daughter of Tony and Lori Ford. Her activities, hobbies and passions include makeup artistry, photography, softball and cheerleading.
The Miss Georgia Teen USA and Miss Georgia USA pageants are the official preliminaries to the Miss Teen USA, Miss USA and Miss Universe. The young women chosen as Miss Georgia USA 2012 will go on to represent Georgia in the 2012 Miss USA pageant as seen live on NBC television.
