Randy Bocook Keller Williams Real Estate Team has launched a new monthly award, Richmond Hill’s Greatest, to celebrate residents who are committed to making the community a great place to live.  

Nominations will be accepted for a different resident to be selected every month as one of Richmond Hill’s Greatest award winners, who will receive $100 gift cards to a local business of their choice.  

Individuals are recognized for doing their part to make living “on the Hill” special. This includes those involved with local charities, local business owners and the community. The winner will also be featured in a video on the Randy Bocook Facebook page.

September’s winner is Bill Pollard, owner of The Ice Cream Stop. “Mr. Bill,” as his patrons affectionately call him, is always there to lend a hand to the community. Whether it’s holding a fundraiser for a local charity, providing ice-cream treats for dogs at the Bark Park or screening free movies for the whole family to enjoy, Mr. Bill is always there to provide for his town, the real-estate team says.
