Mill Creek Baptist sets beneift concert

The Youth Department of Mill Creek Baptist Church is sponsoring a benefit gospel concert to help defray the medical cost of two young ladies who were afflicted with incurable diseases. The program is scheduled for Sunday, March 28 at 4 p.m. at the church located at 327 Mill Creek Church Road, Ellabell.
The concert will benefit Miss Chantalette T. Smith, known as “Shay” who was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) on April 30, 2009. She is a junior at Bryan County High School in Pembroke.
Alexis L. Proctor was diagnosed with Lupus. Lupus may affect the skin, joints, kidneys, and other organs. She is a graduate of St. Vincent’s High School in Savannah and a member of Central Baptist Church Hull Street. Rev. Larry Stell is her pastor.
The community is invited and donations will be accepted from individuals, churches and businesses. Any amount given will be appreciated. Checks can be made payable to Mill Creek Baptist Church with benefit program written on the memo line. Mill Creek is located at 327 Mill Creek Church Road, Ellabell. Rev.
