Oct. 13: Quilting Class - The Richmond Hill Public Library’s Common Threads knit and crochet group will host an organizational meeting to start up a quilting class. Meeting will take place at the library at 1:30 p.m. The group invites all experienced quilters who would like to share their knowledge with others to join them to work out the details. Marine Science Day 2010 - Skidaway Institute of Oceanography (10 Ocean Science Circle, Savannah) hosts an afternoon filled with hands-on activities, special exhibits, a nature hike, reptile show and behind-the-scenes tours of the aquarium.
