“Picasso for a Night” painting class –
Paint “A Piece of Cezanne” (see photo) step-by-step with instruction from local artist, Carol Hartley. All experience levels are invited and all supplies are included with $45 registration fee. Buddy Sullivan lecture –
Richmond Hill Historical Society welcomes local historian, Buddy Sullivan, for a synopsis of his experiences researching and editing “The Darien Journal of John Girardeau Legare, Rice-grower.” Book signing and reception will follow. Humane Society book sale –
The Humane Society of Greater Savannah (7215 Sallie Mood Dr., Savannah) hosts a book sale where all books are 25 cents and all proceeds benefit shelter animals. Sale will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Rain date: January 22.
