Movie Night Under the Stars — The Ice Cream Stop in Richmond Hill invites the community to a free family fun night of movie-watching under the stars. Friday evening’s showing will be a PG-rated movie, and Saturday night’s movie will be rated G. The movies will begin at dusk. Guests are asked to bring a lawn chair. Wines and Equines Fundraiser — Horsin’ Around is hosting the second “Wines and Equines” fundraiser to encourage people to support therapeutic riding experiences for individuals with disabilities. The event will take place from 6:30-8:30 p.m., at 1032 John Carter Road in Bloomingdale. There will be wine tasting, desserts and a silent auction. During the event, guests can watch a demonstration of riders and “meet” the therapy horses. Tickets are $30 on the day of the event. VOICE Festival Fundraiser Dinner — The Suites at Station Exchange and Station Exchange At Home are hosting an evening of food, wine and performances. Artists from the Savannah VOICE Festival will perform music from Broadway, opera and other songs at the fundraiser dinner from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Guests are asked to make a $50 donation at the door to contribute to the work of the festival. Navy Federal Credit Union Ribbon Cutting — The community is invited to the ribbon cutting and grand opening of the Navy Federal Credit Union, located at 3490 US Highway 17. The event will begin at 11 a.m.
Richmond Hill Farmers’ Market — Stop by the farmers’ market between 3-7 p.m. under the pavilion at the J.F. Gregory Park. A variety of produce and local crafts will be available for purchase.
