Picasso for a Night hosted by Let’s Create — "All Oysters" is the theme. This is a great activity for you and your best friend, spouse, family and more. The cost is $45 and all supplies are included — canvas, acrylic paint and professional instruction. People ages 13 years and up welcome to attend. Gold Star Spouses – A Day for Me — Fort Stewart Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) will host its annual Gold Star Spouses – A Day for Me at Richmond Hill City Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, April 2. Activities include a fitness expo, pampering activities and photography sessions. Cars and Coffee —The Richmond Hill History Museum, 11460 Ford Ave., hosts Cars and Coffee from 9-11 a.m. the first Saturday of each month from March through October. Next is April 2. This month, the Henry Ford Barber Shop will be open for viewing, and a barbershop quartet will perform. Admission is free. Coffee is 25 cents with a $1 donation to the museum. Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon & 5K — Come take part in a "girls’ weekend" with the Publix Savannah Women’s Half Marathon and 5K. Centered around Savannah’s historic district, the race highlights the city’s best attributes. The routes includes 12 squares and Savannah’s two largest recreational parks. "Rhythm & Style" Fashion Show and Luncheon hosted by Savannah Friends of Music — Savannah Friends of Music will host its annual Rhythm and Style Fashion Show, Luncheon and Raffle on April 5. The event will be held at 11 a.m. at the Plantation Club Ballroom at The Landings on Skidaway Island. Festivities will begin with a social hour from 11 to noon, during which raffle tickets for a range of prizes will be sold. A cash bar will be available. Luncheon will be followed by the annual fashion show featuring a range of styles by Chico’s, White House/Black Market and Soma. Hair and makeup for the models will be created by Brian Davis Salon. Ogeechee Riverkeeper hosts second annual News and Views – Ogeechee Riverkeeper will hold its second annual News and Views – Casual Social Event from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Fish Tales, 3203 Fort McAllister Road, Richmond Hill. A series of these events is planned along the Ogeechee River basin from Statesboro to Louisville throughout the year. Riverkeeper Emily Markesteyn and watershed outreach coordinator Jesse Demonbreun-Chapman will update attendees about the river. Community is invited.
