The Richmond Hill City Center hosted High Tea on the Hill for ladies of the community on Feb. 18 to benefit Pay It Forward Foundation of Bryan County, which is headed by Dana Lewis and helps the less fortunate. The event featured hot tea, soup, quiche, sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, scones and a variety of desserts. Hollie Moore Barnidge brought her camera along to document the event.
