Albert Martin and Isaac Marriott of ECC Pack 141 received scouting’s highest award March 1. Both completed all the necessary requirements for the Arrow of Light Award. After receiving their awards, they crossed over into Boy Scouts and were received by Frank Patterson, scoutmaster of Troop 295, along with other scouts from Troop 295. Lonnie Dombrowsky, cubmaster Pack 141, led the ceremony along with the cub scout members.
