March 12- Ogeechee Riverkeeper News & Views, 6-8 p.m. — The first News & Views informal social with Ogeechee Riverkeeper will be at Fish Tales restaurant, 3203 Fort McAllister Road on the Ogeechee River, in Richmond Hill. Other events will be announced later in the year to take place at various venues on the rivers.

Wild Game and Fish-Fry Dinner, 7 p.m. — Friends of Coastal Gardens invite you to enjoy an evening of delicious Southern game, including quail, pheasant, duck, venison, fish and more. $35 per person. March 14
St. PETrick’s Day Parade, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. — Magnolia Manor is hosting a St. PETrick’s Day Parade. Dress your fur baby in costume, do some paw tricks and win prizes! Hot dogs and drinks provided while they last. Fun day for all. PawParrazzi will be there. Bryan County Animal Shelter will have some wonderful fur babies to adopt. Donations will be accepted for the shelter.

March 17
Savannah St. Patrick’s Day Parade, 10:15 a.m. — St. Patrick’s Day festivities in Savannah kick off Friday and continue through Tuesday. The 191st St. Patrick’s Day Parade will take place at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday. 

March 18
Book Sale 2-6 p.m. — The Friends of the Richmond Hill Library will have a used book sale from 2-6 p.m. Wednesday in the library on Ford Avenue. All types of books will be for sale. Donations are needed, especially books for children. Bring books to the library during operating hours. Donations are tax-deductible.
