Bryan Lodge No. 303 of Richmond Hill raised more than $500 to benefit the Salvation Army during its yard sale and pancake breakfast in March.
“It is part of our mission to give back to our local community, and partnering with the Salvation Army is just one of the ways we do this,” said Larry Lowe, No. 303 worshipful master.
The lodge’s next fundraiser will be its annual chicken plate dinner and Boston butt sale to benefit the Richmond Hill High School scholarship fund.
Chicken plates will be available for $7 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. April 19. Plates include farm-fresh vegetable and other fixings. The plates will be served until supply runs out.
The lodge’s pitmasters will cook Boston butts; group orders are encouraged in advance. The Boston butts will be available for pick-up Saturday at 33 Bass St., Richmond Hill. For more information, call 603-571-0525 .
