In honor of Evan Nelms, the 5-year-old diagnosed with acute myelogenous leukemia, Finding Balance Therapeutic Massage of Richmond Hill is sponsoring a Be the Match booth at this year’s National Night Out, set for 6-9 p.m. Tuesday in J.F. Gregory Park.

Be the Match is a bone marrow donor program that encourages people to join the national donor registry to help patients with blood cancers like leukemia, lymphoma and more.

During National Night Out, Finding Balance Therapeutic Massage will offer a raffle prize, as well as a drawing for a package of six massages, worth $500, for those who join the registry. To be a member of the registry, one must:

• Be between the ages of 18-60.

• Be willing to donate to any patient in need.

• Meet health guidelines.

• Complete consent forms.

• Give a swab of cheek cells.
