Mrs. Hattie Carter, a resident of Richmond Hill Health and Rehabilitation Center, turned 97 years old on February 7. Mrs. Carter gave God the praise for another birthday and said she is still “holding on to God’s unchanged hands.”
Mrs. Carter’s Pembroke family visited her during the holidays. She is pictured with Alaxi Fields, daughter of Joshua and Roz Fields of England.
Alaxi’s  grandparents are Annie Ruth and Jesse Fields of Pembroke.
Everyone would like to wish Mrs. Carter many more birthdays.
