For their March meeting, the Pembroke Garden Club members enjoyed a trip to the Georgia Southern University Botanical Garden in Statesboro, also known as Garden of the Coastal Plain.  The ladies enjoyed a tour of the garden led by guide Kathy Tucker, viewed the many variety of plants on the well-kept  rounds, and the small one room schoolhouse on the premises; then enjoyed lunch at a local restaurant.
