What is your forecast?

The weather can be interesting. Our competent weather reporters gives us predictions as they have researched them through modern technology.
Most of the time they are accurate.

Yet there are those few times that it sort of flips on them. For example, they predict the highest temperature for a day would be like 58 degrees and it happens to soar into the high 70s, which proves to me that in spite of all our efforts as humans we cannot accurately predict what is going to happen in many situations.

Life can sometimes be relevant to the weather. For example, you get up in the morning with great plans of going to work and having a marvelous day. You have already envisioned it, when all of a sudden “bang” the boss is in a bad mood, the copier won’t work, two key people are out sick, and the list goes on.

Well your weather report of a sunny day turns out to be heavy rain fall and thunderstorms. So what do you do in a situation like that?

I suggest taking a tip from legendary rock and roll singers The Temptations and begin envisioning sunshine on a cloudy day in which they attribute it to “My Girl.” However, I would attribute it to “my God.”

Why? Because he is the one who has everything in his hands. He provides peace in the midst of the storm or he can take the storm away. Either way, it’s a win-win situation when you put it in his hands first thing in the morning, and trust him to make it right all day long.

Try it. He knows the weather better and he helps to weather life’s changes. So what’s your weather like today?
