Most everyone has questions that pertain to life’s issues. We desire to know the best ways to raise our kids, how to have successful marriages and how to live healthy lives.

We want to be successful in business and to be able to have enough money in order to have our needs met and to be able to give more.

We should desire to know how we can either have a right relationship with God or to have a better one.

The answers to all of these questions and many more are found in the word of God — the Bible.

King Solomon, under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, was instructing his son in this very thing. He says in Proverbs 2:1-5, "My son, if you accept my words and store up my commands within you, turning your ear to wisdom and applying your heart to understanding — indeed, if you call out for insight and cry aloud for understanding, and if you look for it as for silver and search for it as for hidden treasure, then you will understand the fear of the Lord and find the knowledge of God."

Solomon could say to each one of us today, "If you want to know what the Lord thinks about anything, go to his inspired word and search it out and you will find the answers you are looking for."

God’s word has been faithful throughout history and will be faithful to you as well; you can depend on it.
